Currently, she is planning Public Relations for PAD, the only fair in London and Paris dedicated exclusively to contemporary and twentieth-century design. Within her busy life she made a space for Bubbles & Cherries and told us a little about her day-to-day life, what she really does, and how she has become the woman everyone calls when it comes to organizing luxury events.

We sat down in Paris with Tracy, the woman who directs the best luxury events in Paris, London, Lisbon, and Geneva.Tracy is focused on public relations planning for PAD, a fair founded in 2007 by fourth-generation Parisian antiques dealer Patrick Perrin. This is the only fair in London and Paris dedicated exclusively to contemporary and twentieth century design.

“PAD fairs cultivate eclecticism, authenticity, and knowledge with unparalleled passion and style. They inspire collectors, art consultants, museum curators, interior specialists, design professionals, and the public” explains Tracy about her current event. Within her busy life she made a space for Bubbles & Cherries and told us a little about her day-to-day life, what she really does, and how she has become the woman everyone calls when it comes to organizing luxury events.

What is your daily life like? How do you organize yourself as a working mom?

So normally I get up every morning at 7:30 AM. I bring my son to school then I go to my Lagree of Pilate classes three times a week. The place I go to is called Snake and Twist. The founder is, curiously, Mexican. I love this place! As a former ballet dancer, so it helps me stay in shape. I practiced ballet for over 15 years. After my practice, I go to my office where there are days when I don’t have time to eat because I’m running from one customer meeting to another.

What do you like best about organizing events?

There’s a certain adrenalin at every event, I’m never sure if I’ll succeed in my mission, it’s quite stressful but exciting at the same time. It’s the challenge I take up every time I organize an event.

What do you enjoy most about organizing these events?

I like working as part of a team with good energy, exchanging ideas with my assistant and my suppliers, I like the adrenalin that comes from organizing an event from A to Z, and above all I like meeting new people every time, traveling and being able to gather around an event all the people I’ve met from different worlds. I love the mix of people it creates. Once the event is a success, I can be happy with my team and my work. I’ve done my job.
